REFUNDS & WARRANTY POLICIES

As a small business, each and every customer is very important to us. Our products have been tested for their intended use, but we understand there's a small chance that a product does not work as described, or that the installation of a product may be confusing. If this this the case, please refer to our video tutorials. If our video tutorials do not solve your issue, please contact us and we will gladly help solve any issues.

If You Are Dissatisfied With A Product & Would Like A Refund:

If your product does not work as intended, please refer to the above "Warranty Policies".

 

If you simply changed your mind on a purchase, we offer 30 day refund guarantees to all our customers. Although we offer free shipping when sending customers a product, the customer must pay for shipping when returning a product. This is only because we operate with very low margins, as we are a small & local American business.

 

Warranty Is Void Under These Circumstances:

- Improper assembly. 

- Improper follow-up maintenance. 

- Installation of components, parts, or accessories not compatible.

- Damage or failure due to accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect.
